Orders over 3kg are normally sent by courier on a 2 day service and we despatch by courier Monday to Friday. Tracking numbers are available on request.

Orders under 3kg we normally post Monday to Saturday by Royal Mail

We can provide overnight delivery at a small extra charge.

If you order the wrong product or if you find the product unsuitable we will accept returns for exchange or refund minus what it cost us (in postage only) to send to you.

In the event of any refunds we will refund by the means you paid, EG if you pay by cheque we will refund by cheque, if you pay by card we will refund back to your card.
